Surveys

We know installing a stove can be a daunting process but we are here to make things easy. We will come out to you to provide a free no obligation survey to help get your project started. We will go through with you what work will need to be done to have your stove fitted. You will receive a quote through the the post within a week after your survey was completed with a break down of the cost.

Installations

Should you wish to go ahead with the installation we will book you in with one of our HETAS registered installers. Typically an installation will take one or two days. We will take the utmost care when completing your installation to look after your home and make sure everything is done carefully without leaving any mess.

Following installation, we then explain how to operate and maintain your stove so that you are confident using it. You will be left with one of our handy starter packs to help you get started including some firewood and fire starters as well as one of our little books of knowledge, which includes information and tips on using your stove and space to write down important information such as when you service your stove.
